Master Jeff Troshane

Master Jeff Troshane was born and raised in Staten Island, New York. He now resides in Marlboro, New Jersey. Master Troshane has been married for over 27 years and has been blessed with three children. He taught Vadha Kempo in his school in the Staten Island C.Y.O. Center for about 5 years. In 1997 Master Troshane opened his first Commercial school in New Jersey called, NJ American Vadha Kempo.

Master Troshane is a certified Vadha Kempo instructor, with a Sixth Degree Black Belt in the style. He also holds a 4th degree Black Belt under the World Champion Joe Lewis Fighting System. He is trained in Go Shin Do Kempo, Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Boxing and Wrestling. Master Troshane is also a C.D.T. (Non-Deadly Force) Instructor. He has trained with many World Champions such as : Joe Lewis, Bill Wallace, Kathy Long, Billy Blanks, Jeff Speakman and Mike Swain.
